REFUND POLICY

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

• Be in its original condition

• Be in the original packaging

• Have all tags and labels attached

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at cs@klutchquencher.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Please note:

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition or if the return policy is not followed.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
